Our website is intended to be an informative tool to explain the process and benefits of both Cryo Treatment and REM ISF® technologies.  These technologies are used extensively in the Motor Racing industry as well as the Tool & Die and Machine Tool industries.  Marine, aerospace, sporting goods and firearms are just a few places that also use these technologies to enhance the tools and implements of their trades to significantly enhance durability and improve performance.

The REM ISF process compliments and enhances the Cryo Treatment process that we have been successfully providing for the past six years world wide.  ISF stands for Isotropic Superfinishing. This is a unique patented process that generates a non directional low Ra surface finish. It employs mass finishing equipment in conjunction with accelerated refinement chemistries that are completely non-hazardous and environmentally friendly. Among its many benefits, an ISF treated surface reduces friction and wear, increases part durability, and improves corrosion resistance. The process has proven applications for many industries, most notably aerospace, automotive, gearing & bearings, medical equipment and instruments, the military, motorsports, off-highway equipment, manufacting at almost all levels as well as power generation.
